Garlic Scape Pesto

  • 445 grams of fresh garlic scapes
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup of virgin olive oil
  • 1 tables spoon of lemon juice (fresh)
  • ground black pepper and coriander seed
  • grated parmesan cheese to taste

Blend the garlic scapes, basil parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and spices together in a food processor until smooth.
