Garlic Scape Pesto
- 445 grams of fresh garlic scapes
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup of virgin olive oil
- 1 tables spoon of lemon juice (fresh)
- ground black pepper and coriander seed
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
Blend the garlic scapes, basil parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and spices together in a food processor until smooth.
